Meet the Coach

Hi, I’m V, a SPIRITUS breathwork facilitator currently completing an intensive six-month certification program led by Tim Morrison. Throughout my training, I have guided clients through virtual, in-person, and small group sessions. I am also a Level 1 Reiki practitioner.

Breathwork has been a transformative part of my own healing journey. Through this practice, I’ve experienced profound stress relief, supported physical healing, and developed a deeper spiritual connection. The impact breathwork continues to have on my life is what inspires me to share this work with others. Beyond the personal experience, there is also a strong scientific foundation behind why breathwork is effective, and SPIRITUS facilitators receive extensive training in both breathwork and somatic healing practices.

My approach begins with creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their inner experience. For many first-time clients, sessions begin with curiosity rather than a specific goal. I value building authentic connections and tailoring each breathwork journey to support the individual’s unique path of healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Feel It Phoenix was born from my own personal healing journey. For many years, unhealthy relationships, alcohol, cannabis, and other coping patterns distracted me from addressing deeper emotional pain. From an early age, I learned to suppress my sensitivity and disconnect from my emotions. As a deeply empathic person, I focused my energy outward—seeking validation, love, and acceptance from others while losing connection with myself in the process.

Over time, this disconnection left me emotionally numb. When emotions did surface, they often felt limited to only happiness, sadness, or anger. I eventually realized that if I wanted lasting change, I needed to begin feeling and processing the emotions I had spent years avoiding.

That healing process allowed me to reconnect with my inner voice, rebuild confidence, regulate my emotions more effectively, develop healthier relationships, and begin living in a more authentic and present way.
